Browne McGregor Architects provided architectural and interior design services for a 11,256 square feet tenant improvement of a medical office facility on two floors at College Park Medical Plaza. The project includes space for a spa, event room, demonstration kitchen, outdoor patio and internal stairway. Interior design services included selection and specifications of finish materials, furniture, art and accessories.
