Browne McGregor Architects is pleased to announce completion of the Sugar Land Surgical Hospital, a two story, 42,000 square foot, replacement hospital for United Surgical Partners International.  The facility contains four surgical suites, two procedure rooms, six patient rooms, an imaging suite, and an emergency room as well as administrative and support areas.  Services were delivered in a design/build relationship with Mission Constructors.  This same team is providing design and construction services for an adjoining 30,000 square foot, medical office building that will complete the development, in early 2013, of the project’s 4.2 acre site located at the corner of Highway 59 and First Colony Boulevard in Sugar Land, Texas.

St. Luke’s-The Woodlands Hospital Parking Garage

Browne McGregor Architects is pleased to announce completion of a new, four level, parking structure on the St. Luke's Hospital campus in The Woodlands, Texas. The firm provided full architectural services for the pre-cast concrete garage with a capacity to park 423 cars across three bays. Additionally, the structure is designed to be able to expand to a total height of six levels, and to park a total of 655 cars in the future.
The garage is the first of a three phase project led by Pisula Development, LLC. Browne McGregor Architects also designed the subsequent phases consisting of a contiguous, six level parking garage and a new, 100,000 square foot Medical Arts Center that will provide additional medical office space.
